A Realm On the net, originally referred to as just A Realm, was a number 1 MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-swimming games). It was launched in December 31, 1996 for Windows personal computers and continues to operate as of 2005. It was designed in the tradition of graphical MUDs, before a popular usage of the terms "massively multiplayer" and "MMORPG".
